We don’t sell it, trade it, or pass it around. Ever.

Your data lives in locked-down systems (Shopify, payment providers, email software) and that’s it.

If you ever want it deleted, email us and we’ll do it.

Terms & Conditions

• When you buy something, you’re agreeing to pay the listed price.
• Digital downloads are yours instantly. Once you’ve got it, no refunds, you can’t “return” a PDF.
• Our higher-tier service (the custom audit) is scoped and invoiced separately. If we accept your brief, you’ll get a clear agreement and delivery timeline before we start.
• Don’t steal our content. It’s copyrighted. You can use it for your own business, but don’t resell, repackage, or pretend you wrote it.

Refund Policy

• Digital products: no refunds once downloaded.
• Services: handled case by case, according to the agreement we set before starting.
